Efficiency and Effectiveness
For so long the world has been focusing on efficiency within a team building a software product. Sure – this can be a good focus when you know what you are doing is effective. You don’t just want to go product a bunch of stuff that just isn’t effective for the actual customer.
This talk with Kurt is about the need we have to better discover our product using techniques found in other industries and professions. That’s by drawing a model, the breaking that model down into more detail. Etc.
